How long is my device covered by the warranty?

STIIIZY Starter Kits (Battery) come with a 30 day limited warranty from the date of
purchase. Proof of purchase is required. (Warranty is non-transferable)

What does the warranty cover?

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Received defective battery

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • STIIIZY Pods themselves are not covered through warranty
  • Cosmetic damage through wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, natural disasters.
  • Damaged caused by product coming in contact with moisture or extreme environmental conditions.
  • Damaged caused by non STIIIZY pods.
  • Disassembled  or Tampered Batteries
  • Theft or Loss

How do I get customer service?

Review STIIIZY Starter Kit Warranty, to confirm the battery is warranted hereunder.

To enter a claim visit contact us page and submit the contact form, a STIIIZY representative will contact you within 72 business hours.

Proof of purchase may be requested before warranty service will be provided.

*Please note STIIIZY representative may request additional details; such as videos or photos of the battery, and attempt to troubleshoot common issues before approving warranty service.*

What STIIIZY will and will not do under this warranty?

If a claim validated by the limited warranty is received within the 30 days of purchase, STIIIZY will at its discretion exchange the battery for a new one.

STIIIZY will not ship any products and is subject to decline any claims upon review. All sales are final.

  • The billing address and the shipping address must match.
  • Orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days after the order confirmation has been sent.
  • Once the order has been shipped you will get a shipping confirmation.
  • We are not liable for missing or lost packages. If this situation occurs you will need to contact your local carrier and file a missing package claim.
  • On larger orders ($150 or more) one of our reps will contact you to confirm your purchase. If we do not get a response within 2 business days we will automatically cancel and refund your purchase.
  • All unsuccessful transactions will be reflected onto your bank account within 3-5 business days.
  • All sales are final.
