STIIIZY SPONSORS THE 2ND ANNUAL MIRACLE MAKERS GOLF CLASSIC AT OAK QUARRY GOLF CLUB
Just three miles from our Jurupa Valley location, TEAM STIIIZY competed against local Inland Empire non-profits and small businesses at the 2nd Annual Miracle Makers Golf Classic, which was hosted at the award-winning championship golf course, Oak Quarry Golf Club in Riverside, California.
Upon arrival, sponsors like STIIIZY were greeted with a team golf cart, custom club cover, and a breakfast social where attending Miracle Makers could introduce themselves before making their way across the 18 holes.
The Miracles and Dream Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring hope and the overall well-being of local youth and communities. Through various programs and initiatives, the foundation focuses on providing resources, mentorship, and support to individuals in pursuit of their dreams.
MAKING MEMORIES WITH MIRACLE MAKERS
At the first stop, golfers were invited into the shade under the STIIIZY tent, where they could spin for a prize and learn more about STIIIZY’s social impact work in Southern California. Even the organization's mascot, Miracle the Bear, stopped by, and encouraged our Director of Social Impact to take a charity bull ride!
Eighteen holes later, attendees were treated to a delicious lunch on the 7,200-square-foot clubhouse deck, and a view of the historic golf course built into a 100-year-old marble quarry. Inside, folks were seated for an opportunity to bid at the charity golf auction, which will fund the organization’s upcoming programs like the Back-to-School Kick-Off at the Riverside Public Library and Miracle on Main Street.
DREAMS NO LONGER DEFERRED
The Miracle Maker’s Golf Classic is one of the many community partnership opportunities with the Miracles and Dreams Foundation. The three-year-old organization remains committed to connecting those willing to give back to those most in need.
“Our communities have come a long way, and we will continue to see this kind of impact if we continue to work together” expressed, Liza Sosa, one of the attending Miracle Makers, that volunteer with the organization. “There is no competition when it comes to community. It is an honor to collaborate with so many diverse organizations, businesses, and families.”
With the help of volunteer and outreach programs, like STIIIZY Joint Efforts, the non-profit can expand its impact and continue to provide youth and their families with essential items for their education, social justice advocacy, and scholarships to create inter-generational support and success for their communities in Riverside and Southern California.
